Palash Mandal is an alumnus of the 1st Batch of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sylhet Agricultural University. He is currently serving as an OVPR Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Kentucky, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, where he also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant, focusing on phytoestrogen concentration in forage legumes. He previously completed an M.Sc. in Plant Sciences from Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands, along with his bachelor’s in agriculture and master’s in agronomy from Sylhet Agricultural University. Before moving abroad for higher studies, he served as a Lecturer at Sylhet Agricultural University for more than seven years. His academic journey reflects a strong commitment to plant science, agronomy, teaching, and research in agricultural sciences.
